Based on Jazz 0.35 μm SiGe process, a low noise amplifier that can work independently at different frequency bands of 1.8 GHz and 2.4 GHz is designed. The amplifier uses SiGe HBT with excellent noise performance and adopts Cascode structure to reduce the influence of Miller effect. The input circuit adopts a dual-frequency filter circuit obtained by two consecutive frequency conversions and circuit conversions, and the output end uses an emitter follower to achieve 50 Ω impedance matching. The results show that at the two operating frequencies of 1.8 GHz and 2.4 GHz, the S21 of the low noise amplifier reaches 30.3 dB and 28.3 dB respectively, the S22 is -19 dB and -20 dB respectively, and the noise is 3.42 dB and 3.45 dB respectively.
