In order to meet the needs of computer professional teaching and measurement and control instrument development, a networked virtual measurement and control system based on network, virtual instrument and SOPC technology was designed. The system consists of a PCI interface card and a SOPC data acquisition system based on NiosII soft core. The C/S mode remote data acquisition and management architecture is constructed using Labview technology, and the PCI interface driver is developed based on Windows DDK and VC++ language. Practical application shows that the system has the advantages of openness, flexibility and ease of use, and has achieved the expected purpose.
