The multifunctional flexible power conditioner (FPC) uses a variable speed constant frequency doubly-fed motor with AC excitation to drive the flywheel to store energy. It can be used in various fields such as power peak regulation or system stability control, improving power quality, and reactive power compensation. This paper studies the vector control method of the FPC rotor-side converter and proposes a three-loop control method for the rotor-side q-axis current, which uses a speed outer loop, a power middle loop, and a current inner loop, to meet the device\'s requirements for simultaneous speed and power control.
