Analysis of MQX interrupt mechanism and design of interrupt program framework based on ARM Cortex-M4

The interrupt mechanism is the core mechanism that determines the real-time index of RTOS. MQX is a preemptive RTOS maintained by Freescale, with open source code and supporting multitasking. It will be widely used in the application of ARM Cortex-M microprocessors. The interrupt mechanism of MQX has the characteristics of real-time response and dynamic management. Based on the ARM Cortex M4 Kinetis microcontroller, the operation mechanism of the top half and bottom half of MQX interrupt is deeply analyzed, and the evaluation algorithm of the real-time characteristics of MQX interrupt is proposed, and the controllability of program time is clarified. On this basis, according to the basic principles of embedded software engineering, without sticking to the traditional program structure design method, a basic principle of interrupt program framework and programming element distribution under MQX is proposed, so as to better meet the requirements of program reusability and portability.
