This paper uses LabVIEW graphic control software to write a program, and uses an optical incremental encoder to explore the operation of the encoder input command, and makes a DC motor fan rod system, designs a drive circuit, and uses an incremental encoder to measure the fan rod rotation angle signal to actually complete a DC motor fan rod angle control system. Through the DAQ data acquisition card, the analog output step voltage is used to measure the fan rod rotation angle, measure the system parameters, and design a closed-loop PID controller to control the DC motor current to achieve the function of controlling the motor speed, and then control the fan rod rotation angle to achieve fan rod rotation angle control. AbstractIn this paper, we discuss the setting procedures for the encoder input by using LabVIEW graphical language.First, a DC motor propeller pendulum is developed to demonstrate the design of the driving circuit and the identification of the system transfer function, by using the optical incremental encoder to measure the signal of the rotation angle of the pendulum. Then, a program is implemented to achieve the PID control of the system.The output control signal is generated to the motor driver circuit through the analog channel of DAQ card, and the motor speed can be controlled by changing the analog output voltage to control the rotation angle of the pendulum.Keywords: encoder, dc mot or propeller pendul um.
