In order to evaluate the dynamic performance of the control system, based on the transfer function and frequency characteristics of the second-order system and the programming formula analysis of the performance indicators in the time-frequency domain, the design idea of building a time-frequency test system for the dynamic characteristics of the second-order system on the virtual instrument software platform LabVIEW was expounded, and the soft panel design and flowchart programming process of the test system were introduced. The constructed time-frequency virtual test system for the dynamic characteristics of the second-order system obtained the actual test of the system\'s rapidity, stability and stability performance parameters.
