Comprehensive and systematic analysis of various factors that affect the accuracy of the oil filling automatic control system has important guiding significance for improving the filling accuracy. Aiming at the quantitative filling control system of oil, this paper analyzes in detail the sources of additional errors generated by volume flowmeters and Coriolis mass flowmeters, discusses the main factors affecting the size of overshoot and the overshoot error, and gives the calculation formula for the total error of the filling control system. Through error analysis, the basic ways to improve the accuracy of the filling control system are summarized. The analysis also shows that when the valve is closed in advance at a small flow rate, the filling accuracy of the filling control system mainly depends on the accuracy of the flowmeter and temperature, pressure and other instruments, and the overshoot error has little effect on the filling accuracy of the system.
