In order to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the system, the introduction of system filters into the process control system will inevitably produce some unfavorable factors. The first is that the order of the system model increases, and the second is that the filter will produce a phase delay angle. It is very difficult to design a high-order control system with lag. A method that can easily solve this kind of problem is the separation and coordination method. This article introduces its design principle and simulation results.
