As we all know, motor vehicle exhaust has become an important source of pollution. This is extremely critical to accelerate the introduction of OBD technology and discover and control high-emission vehicles. OBD technology has been first implemented in Beijing and Guangzhou, and was fully implemented nationwide in July 2008. This will undoubtedly play an important role in promoting environmental protection.
