Railway transportation safety is related to the lifeline of the national economy. Railway communication is the safety guarantee of railway production and transportation. Its safety, reliability and sustainable development depend on the advancement and perfection of the communication technology adopted. GSM-R is an advanced technical system. It is based on the mature technology of GSM and provides a comprehensive information platform with powerful functions, rich services, stability and reliability for railway special communication. The GSM.R system is interfered by various factors. In addition to the interference of the GSM.R system itself, since GSM.R and public network GSM share the E.GSM frequency band in my country, there is also interference between the two systems. When the carrier-to-interference ratio C/I is less than a certain value, it will directly affect the call quality of the mobile phone. In severe cases, it will cause dropped calls or make it impossible for mobile phone users to establish normal calls. Therefore, the study of interference is of great significance. The paper analyzes the performance of the GSM.R system under co-channel interference and provides a theoretical basis for reducing the impact of co-channel interference on the system.
