Research on the application of IGBT variable frequency power supply in automobiles

The IGBT module of the inverter, which is the basis of induction heat treatment technology, has been commercialized. In the field of induction heating in my country, IGBT inverter power supplies with a frequency of 10 to 100 kHz and a power of hundreds of kilowatts have been successfully produced. Practice has proved that the use of IGBT inverter power supplies can completely replace the inverter generator sets with serious energy consumption.
