This paper combines the actual monitoring and diagnosis of large fans in a steel enterprise, and has done a lot of related research. It proposes an equipment monitoring solution based on RF wireless sensor networks. And the key technologies, system architecture, and functional implementation of each part involved in the solution have been studied in depth. The main research work of the paper is as follows: 1. The current status and development trend of equipment status monitoring and diagnosis are introduced, and on this basis, the implementation mode and system structure of monitoring and diagnosis are explained. 2. The wireless network is classified, the form of wireless sensor network adopted by this system and the overall structure of the system are proposed, and the functions of each part of the system are described. 3. The hardware design of the wireless data transmission control module is carried out specifically. It needs to meet the requirements of communication quality, communication distance, communication speed, convenient networking, anti-interference, portability, easy deployment and low power consumption. 4. Software design of wireless data transmission control module. 5. The specific composition of the wireless sensor network, using the developed wireless data transmission module to build an application network to realize the wireless collection of sensor data. Finally, based on the summary of the full text work, the paper puts forward suggestions and prospects for further research.
