An automatic processing equipment for the production of micro-injection labels is proposed, and the development of its embedded controller is introduced in detail. The hardware platform of the embedded controller adopts ARM7 microprocessor and AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer, and the driver chip adopts TA8435; the software platform adopts μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system, and the control software is divided into several functional modules, and the priority of the corresponding tasks of each functional module in the system is given. The hardware and software division of the embedded controller and the use of buffers can better meet the real-time requirements of micro-injection label processing. Practical application shows that the automatic processing equipment has the characteristics of simple operation, stable and reliable, low cost and high performance. However, the current production of micro-injection labels is still in the state of pure manual or \"manual + micro-flow controller\" production, with a very low degree of production automation and a poor working environment, which has an adverse effect on the health of employees. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop an efficient and low-cost automatic processing device for micro-injection labels. According to the requirements of the micro-injection label industry, micro-injection label processing equipment should be a special CNC device with high precision, extremely low cost, small size and simple operation. The CNC device should be able to drive the micro-flow needle to draw various complex two-dimensional graphics and be able to perform micro-flow control on multi-color resins. The control system is the core of the CNC equipment. In recent years, the use of embedded technology to develop CNC systems has become a hot topic [1]-[3]. These devices have the characteristics of powerful functions, high precision, fast speed, small size, low cost, stability and reliability. This paper uses embedded technology to develop a CNC system for micro-injection label machines.
