I learned from the inquiries I received and the online exchanges that the welding of copper-aluminum wires, especially those with very small diameters of 0.3~0.5mm, is a headache and trouble for everyone. Before, when it comes to welding fine copper-aluminum wires, the first thing people think of is to use electric soldering irons, rosin, and solder wires for welding. However, there are problems. The strength is not enough, especially the adhesion to aluminum is not good. After welding the copper-aluminum wires twisted into a twist with solder wire, we can easily tear them apart with our hands, and after tearing them apart, we can see that the welds are like tofu dregs, which seriously corrodes the aluminum and affects the conductivity of the wires!
