The ARINC429, MIL-STD-1553B aviation bus interface communication system is designed using field programmable gate arrays to achieve interconnection between bus devices. The hardware structure of the system, the module division of the bus protocol and its internal structure are introduced. VHDL language is used for programming in QuartusII, and the design is optimized with a special synthesis tool Synplify pro8.1. The accuracy and reliability of the design are verified by downloading the program to the hardware. The hardware design, bus protocol module division and its internal structure areintroduced. This design is programmed by VHDL language in QuartusII design platform, and is synthesized in the Synplify pro8.1 developingenvironment, which is the professional synthesize instrument. By downloading the design into FPGA chip, the reliability and veracity is verified.【Key words】avionics bus; communication system; bus protocol; Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)
