In view of the high-frequency jitter problem of the traditional switch switching function sliding mode observer, this paper introduces the saturation function into the sliding mode observation based on a careful study of the advantages of the Kalman filter, cancels the first-order low-pass filter, and constructs a new type of sliding mode observer. The sliding mode observer can reduce the ripple in the estimated back electromotive force, does not produce a signal phase difference, and has a simpler structure than the traditional sliding mode observer. This paper also analyzes the change law of the Kalman filter parameters. The simulation results show that the control system composed of the sliding mode observer has good dynamic performance and steady-state quality.
