This paper introduces the implementation mechanism of Linux driver. Based on the analysis of the interface between stepper motor and driver, this paper gives an example of programming stepper motor driver on embedded Linux platform. This platform is based on Samsung\'s S3C2410X CPU and uses Linux2.4 kernel as its operating system. This paper introduces how to control stepper motor by operating the driver. The experimental results on JXARM2410 experimental platform show that the driver runs normally.
