This paper proposes a business foundation development platform for the development of business process information software systems based on SOA thinking and model-driven architecture, describes the overall structure of the business foundation development platform and its key technologies, and gives an example - the functional architecture of the college OA system developed on this platform. In the process of informatization construction of many enterprises, various systems independently developed by different software developers at different times, in the process of use, due to the lack of unified planning and design from a macro perspective, the use of different operating systems, system architectures, data formats, etc., there is a block segmentation state of information flow, mutual independence, low degree of information sharing, lack of a unified integrated environment, forming a large number of scattered and heterogeneous \"information islands\". These \"information islands\" not only have overlapping functions, resulting in information waste, but also use precious resources multiple times to solve the same problem, seriously hindering the effective sharing of information resources, resulting in a large number of duplicate construction and resource waste. In order to eliminate the existing \"information islands\", this paper proposes a business foundation development platform for the development of business process information software systems based on service-oriented architecture (SOA) and model-driven architecture (MDA), describes the overall structure of the business foundation development platform and its key technologies.
