Abstract:In this paper,the optimal control is proposed for the long time-delay system which is very popular in the domain of the industrial process. The LQ inverse problem is studied for the long time-delay system.The common designing procedure is given.Simulations show that the optimal control has good effect on the long time-delay system.It has good robustness and ability of anti-disturbance.Key words:time-delay,LQ problem,LQ inverse problem,weighting matrix,characteristic polynomial, pole assignment
