Specification for monitoring electric energy utilization of water pumps DB37/T 113-20071 Scope This standard specifies the monitoring inspection content, monitoring test items, monitoring test methods and assessment qualification indicators for monitoring electric energy utilization of water pumps. This standard applies to various water pumps driven by motors of 5kW and above. 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. For all dated referenced documents, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, parties that reach an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For all undated referenced documents, the latest versions shall apply to this standard. GB/T 3216 Test methods for centrifugal pumps, mixed flow pumps, axial flow pumps and vortex pumps GB/T 3485 Technical guidelines for evaluating the rational use of electricity in enterprises GB/T 12497 Economic operation of three-phase asynchronous motors GB/T 13468 Test and calculation methods for power balance of pump systems GB/T 15316 General technical rules for energy-saving monitoring GB/T 16666 Energy-saving monitoring methods for pumps and liquid transportation systems 3 Monitoring and inspection contents 3.1 Pumps and motors shall not use products that have been explicitly eliminated by the state. 3.2 Pumps and motors shall be reasonably matched, operate normally and have no leakage. 3.3 Motors with a power of 50kW and above shall be equipped with ammeters, voltmeters and watt-hour meters. Motors with a power of 50kW and above shall adopt local reactive power compensation and other power-saving measures under their safety-permitting conditions. The control device shall be intact. 3.4 Pumps with large flow rate changes shall be operated at a variable speed. 4 Monitoring and test items 4.1 Motor load rate. 4.2 Efficiency of water pump unit. 5 Test method 5.1 The instruments and meters used in the test should be able to meet the requirements of the test items. The instruments and meters must be intact and meet the following accuracy requirements within the calibration period: 5.1.1 The accuracy of the AC power meter should not be lower than level 1.0; 5.1.2 (For high-voltage motors) the accuracy of the watt-hour meter should not be lower than level 2.0; 5.1.3 The accuracy of the flow meter should not be lower than level 1.5; 5.1.4 The accuracy of the pressure gauge should not be lower than level 1.5; 5.1.5 The resolution of the temperature meter should not be lower than 1°C. 5.2 The water pump monitoring test should be carried out under normal production and actual operating conditions. 5.3 The continuous test time shall not be less than 30 minutes, and the readings shall be recorded every 10 minutes, and the arithmetic mean of the results shall be taken. 5.4 Motor load rate. 5.4.1 Motor input power P1: 5.4.1.1 When the motor power supply voltage is low voltage, the power method is used for direct measurement;
