Research on Virtual Test of Fuze Based on Simulation Grid

Monte Carlo simulation is used to realize computer virtual test of fuze arming time, so as to reduce or partially replace the shooting test of high-value ammunition in the shooting range. Based on the mechanical design software, the generation of random dimensional deviation of three-dimensional model is studied, and a system that can generate dimensional tolerance with certain probability distribution characteristics is established; the fuze virtual test system is constructed by using simulation grid technology, and multiple groups of virtual tests under dimensional deviation changes are carried out on a certain fuze, verifying the influence of tolerance on fuze arming time.
