Coordination of two types of interruptible loads on the demand side and reserve capacity on the generation side: In the study of system reserve capacity optimization, the two types of interruptible loads on the demand side, low electricity price and high compensation, are usually isolated from the reserve capacity on the generation side. In order to improve the economy of reserve capacity configuration and system stability control, and to suppress the market power in the reserve capacity market, various types of reserves should be coordinated. To this end, based on the economic complementary characteristics of various types of reserves, a coordination model and optimization algorithm are proposed from the perspective of risk management, and risk decisions are made on the configuration of reserve capacity on the generation side, and the effects of a single reserve market and its combined operation are quantitatively evaluated. Simulation analysis verifies the rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm. Keywords: low electricity price interruptible load; high compensation interruptible load; generation side reserve capacity; coordinated optimization; risk management; power market
