With the development of the times, digital electronic technology has been popularized in our lives, work, scientific research, and various fields. This article will introduce a DC motor, and elaborate on the design method of using the different duty ratios given by the output port of the single-chip microcomputer to achieve motor speed regulation; focus on the unique advantages of L298 when used for motor drive. DC motor speed regulation has considerable practical significance. According to the basic theory of its speed regulation, this circuit consists of four parts: analog power supply, control circuit, display circuit, and drive circuit. To be precise, the analog power supply provides the power supply of each chip, the digital tube, and the voltage required to drive L298; the display circuit is used to display the speed of the motor when it rotates and the code represented by the forward and reverse rotation. Compared with the traditional motor speed regulation, it is easy to operate and its output speed size is digitally displayed. The article introduces the development and characteristics of Protel 99. The working principle, basic components, circuit analysis, special components, and design scheme of DC motors further illustrate the benefits of this type of motor. Focus on using software Protel to draw the circuit schematic. The problems existing in the current research work are discussed, and the direction of its development is prospected, and some personal opinions are given.
