With the development of mobile communication services, the transformer and oil generator capacity of the mobile building power distribution system has been saturated, resulting in a shortage of power supply to the building. Before the transformer and oil generator are expanded, it is no longer possible to increase the urgently needed communication load. In view of the characteristics of the power system of the mobile communication building, this paper proposes an improved algorithm of dynamic programming based on the analysis of the dynamic programming method to achieve optimal control of the charging process of the battery pack and maximize the release of the mobile communication building\'s spare power capacity for the expansion of new communication equipment. Through simulation, it is verified that after the optimal control of the battery pack, a considerable capacity can be released, which provides a fast, convenient and low-cost way to expand the equipment capacity of the mobile communication building.
