The CAN gateway module is implemented using the Infineon XC2000 series microcontroller, and the PC-side gateway configuration software is written using MFC. The MultiCAN module of this series of microcontrollers can realize data reception, storage, and forwarding between independent CAN networks of different rates; it can filter unnecessary CAN messages and reduce the load of the subnet. The gateway module can realize functions such as changing the CAN network topology, extending the network communication distance, and increasing the number of nodes.
