With the continuous emergence of new power electronic devices and the continuous development of computing technology, high-performance asynchronous motor speed control systems have been widely used. High-voltage variable-frequency speed regulation is a high-tech technology that has just begun to be applied in recent years. It not only solves the soft start and speed regulation problems of high-power fans and pumps, but also saves energy significantly. It has a large application market and broad development space. This paper first carefully analyzes the problem of electromagnetic pollution caused by high-voltage variable-frequency speed regulation to power grids, motors and electrical equipment. In view of the problems existing in high-voltage variable-frequency speed regulation systems, according to the principle that increasing the type of voltage vector can reduce the output harmonics of high-voltage AC power, a method of power unit series connection is adopted to design a high-voltage variable-frequency speed regulation system with a new topology suitable for fan and pump speed regulation. The test results show that the output voltage waveform of this new inverter meets the actual requirements and solves the electromagnetic pollution problem caused by the output harmonics of high-voltage variable-frequency speed regulation. The topology of the inverter is complex, the calculation of the main controller is cumbersome, the data transmission volume is large and the control difficulty is high. In order to obtain good control performance, this paper combines similar products to design a main controller and system overall control structure with dual DSP (TM320F240) as the core, and gives the software flow chart of the control system. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of the new high-voltage inverter with power units in series on the fan, demonstrating the economic and social benefits of the high-voltage variable-frequency speed regulation system and its broad application prospects.
