The line margin: ≥0.2mm, the relative size tolerance of the mounting holes, through holes and wires on the FPC is ±0.20mm; h. The relative size tolerance of the reinforcement plate and the outer shape: ±0.3mm; i. The thickness tolerance of the FPC: ±0.03mm; j. The minimum diameter of the gap hole in the steel mold can reach Φ0.50mm. To prevent the hole from breaking, the hole margin should be at least 0.4mm, and the minimum hole diameter of the CNC drilling hole is φ0.20mm (such as the metallized hole on the pad)...
