In order to accurately and reliably realize the multi-channel circuit detection of insulation resistance of electrical equipment, the structure and system hardware and software design scheme of digital insulation resistance tester based on PC/104 bus are proposed; the system selects the design scheme of flyback monolithic switching power supply to generate 250V DC test voltage; adopts photoelectric microelectronic relay switch circuit to detect 24-channel insulation resistance; adopts linear isolation amplifier circuit to improve system safety; realizes the circuit detection and automatic range conversion function of multi-channel insulation resistance, and accurately alarms when insulation fault occurs; experimental results show that the instrument meets the requirements of measuring multi-channel insulation resistance, shortens the test time, improves the test efficiency, and has good operating performance. Due to the influence of environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and mold, the insulation resistance of electrical equipment decreases. The decline in insulation performance will directly threaten the safe operation of electrical equipment. In order to ensure safety and reliability, it is required to perform real-time and rapid multi-channel circuit detection of insulation resistance of electrical equipment. Considering the harsh working environment of the instrument and the requirements for instrument reliability, the design scheme of digital insulation resistance tester based on PC/104 bus is selected. The PC/104 bus system is a new type of computer measurement and control platform. As a kind of embedded PC, it is fully compatible with the general PC (PC/AT) architecture in terms of software and hardware. It is small in size, compact in structure, and installed in a fastened stacking manner. It is very suitable for embedding into various instruments and equipment, military electronic equipment and other various intelligent devices.
