In the spatially correlated Rician fading channel model, this paper proposes a multi-user precoding and scheduling algorithm based on partial channel information for the potential multi-user diversity gain and spatial diversity gain of the multi-user MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) system. Combining partial instantaneous channel information and statistical information, constrained maximum likelihood estimation is used to estimate the channel vector of each user, and then the estimated channels of each user are used to schedule multiple users for precoding. Simulation results show that the scheme achieves a large performance gain with less feedback overhead.
