In view of the difficulties in image segmentation caused by large background noise, complex target geometry and low image contrast in aircraft infrared images, this paper uses the grayscale information of each region to minimize the Chen-Vese energy function, and then determines the direction and magnitude of the pressure at the deformation point, constructs a parametric active contour model with variable pressure magnitude and direction, and realizes aircraft infrared image segmentation. The stop function of the improved model no longer relies solely on the local gradient information of the image, and the model can achieve stable and correct convergence for complex and fuzzy boundaries of the image.
