This system is based on the feedback control concept. It consists of four module circuits, namely, AC/DC conversion circuit, DC-DC converter, stepping circuit module and display module, to form a switching regulated power supply. The rectification part of the AC/DC conversion circuit adopts a full-wave bridge rectifier circuit. The DC-DC converter is designed with the main core of TL494 and a loop controller composed of a simple filter circuit and an RC discharge loop. It can convert the pulse width changing signal into a DC signal that changes in proportion to the pulse width, thereby realizing closed-loop single-loop control. The resistance of the digital positioner X9241 is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to control the output voltage. The display module is composed of LCD1602.
