At present, the vehicle dynamic weighing signal acquisition system has problems such as large size and low integration. PSoC (Programmable System on Chip) has rich digital resources and analog resources. This paper mainly introduces the software and hardware design methods and implementation of the vehicle dynamic weighing signal acquisition system based on the PSoC chip CY8C24794 with a full-speed USB interface. The system is small and practical, easy to carry, and saves USB interface chips, AD and other functional chips. Compared with the signals collected by the VXI high-speed acquisition system, the experimental results of this system are similar to the VXI experimental results, and the system meets the requirements of signal acquisition very well. Abstract: The vehicle dynamic weighing signal acquisition system exists bulky, low integration issues, PSoC (Programmable System on Chip) has a abundant of digital and analog resources, this article presented design of signal collection system for WIM based on PSoC chip CY8C24794 with a full-speed USB interface. The system is compact and practical, easy to carry, to save the USB interface chip, AD chip and so on, compared to the signal of high-speed acquisition system with VXI, the experimental results of this system is similar to the VXI system very well and it meets the requirements of the signal acquisition.
