Aiming at the disadvantages of long development cycle and difficulty in accurately measuring parameters of automobile ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), an ABS vehicle monitoring platform was developed by using object-oriented basic ideas and VC++ tools. The host computer monitoring platform, electronic controller and hardware in-loop simulator constitute a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system. The monitoring platform communicates data with the electronic controller through the CCP protocol standard and exchanges high-speed data with the hardware in-loop simulator through the USB bus interface. The monitoring platform realizes real-time acquisition, online display and data storage of various parameters of the ABS control system, provides means for data analysis and control effect evaluation, and realizes the function of parameter calibration. The platform is intuitive, flexible, easy to operate and has strong practicality.
