Gretel Actuator Information

1. Installation environment ● This product is non-explosion-proof and can be installed indoors or outdoors. ● Be sure to avoid environments with hazardous gases. ● In environments with long-term rain, splashes of raw materials and direct sunlight, a cover to protect the entire unit needs to be installed. (Direct sunlight will cause the internal temperature of the machine to rise, and rain will cause the rubber pad to age) ● Please reserve space for wiring, manual operation and other maintenance. ● The ambient temperature is within the range of -300-600C. 2. Working medium temperature ● When used with a valve, the temperature of the working medium is transmitted to the body, and the body temperature will rise. ● When the working medium is high temperature, the bracket connected to the valve reduces heat conduction. ● When the working medium temperature is below +650C, please use a standard bracket. ● When the working medium temperature is above +650C, please use a high-temperature bracket. 3. Install on the valve (see the figure below) ● Drive the valve to the fully closed position. ● Fix the bracket on the valve. ● Put one end of the coupling on the valve shaft core. ● Turn the electric actuator to the fully closed position and insert the output shaft into the square hole of the coupling. ● Tighten the screws between the electric actuator and the bracket. ● Use the handle to rotate the actuator to confirm that the movement is smooth and there is no eccentric bend. Note that the rotation cannot exceed the electrical limit range.
