This paper introduces a multifunctional burner control system with automatic protection function designed to meet the safety of production and its application. The article explains the composition and detailed configuration of the combustion system, and introduces the functions and methods of implementation. The system uses PLC as the control core and the human-machine interface as the monitoring and control center to realize the automation of the combustion process, safety detection and danger prevention, avoiding the disadvantages of manual operation. The closed-loop control system composed of the PLC\'s own PID module, frequency converter, fuel control valve group and online monitoring sensor can achieve precise control of fuel oil, gas and mixed combustion while ensuring safety.
