The main target of McQueen's car is primary and secondary school students. It is more convenient to use IPAD for programming, and the drag operation of the software is also easier to use. The MinD+ programming software provided by McQueen's car is currently only available in WIN version. To use IPAD for programming, you must use the official online programming software of micro:bit. Before programming, you need to follow the steps below to connect IPAD and micro:bit.

First download the micro:bit software from the APPStore

After installation, open the software and select the first item Choose micro:bit

Then select Pair a new micro:bit

According to the diagram, press the A and B keys of the micro:bit at the same time, and then short press the RESET key. The display screen on the micro:bit board will show the following figure

Press Next on the IPAD, then select the same pattern as the LED dot matrix on the micro:bit on the dot matrix of the IPAD, and press the Next button.

Then press button A, it will show pairing, and it will show pairing success. After restarting micro:bit, you can use the makecode environment for programming.

After pairing is complete, you can click the Create Code button to program, and the makecode online development environment will be opened.

After programming is completed, click the "Download" button below to call the micro:bit software, and press the Flash button to download the program to the micro:bit board

After downloading, you can start running the program. The micro:bit software also has monitoring and debugging functions, which can set the dot matrix display content, view the onboard sensor values, simulate key functions, and facilitate debugging programs.
