In view of the importance of electric vehicle network protocols, this paper introduces the TTCAN network system built on hybrid electric vehicles by studying the improved CAN protocol TTCAN, focusing on the functions and implementation of the multi-energy module, and analyzing and summarizing the vehicle installation test. The research results show that the TTCAN network is currently adapted to the requirements of hybrid electric vehicles, and at the same time, the design of the multi-energy module is correct and reliable. In today\'s world energy crisis and increasingly serious environmental pollution, the research on electric vehicles has become one of the focuses of the automotive field of various countries. In order to independently develop electric vehicles with independent intellectual property rights, the Ministry of Science and Technology has established a major electric vehicle project in the National 863 Project. The network, bus and communication protocol regulations of electric vehicles are common key technologies. All control components on the vehicle use this platform for communication and execution. Choosing or establishing a suitable network protocol has very important and practical significance. The CAN bus is currently the most widely used network protocol on vehicles, but the existing CAN protocol has low transmission efficiency and is not suitable for transmitting fast and continuously changing data, making it difficult to become a network protocol for the entire vehicle, and can only be used in some control units. The improved CAN protocol (TTCAN) eliminates these shortcomings to a certain extent and may become an effective vehicle network protocol to be used. However, the research on it is still very lacking in China. This paper, with the support of the National 863 Project, selects the TTCAN protocol as the research object according to the characteristics of electric vehicles, and actually establishes a complete vehicle system for testing and analysis to verify the feasibility and efficiency of TTCAN.
