In the field of measurement and control, it is often encountered that the output signal of the monitored object is small and difficult to collect directly. Generally, it needs to be amplified before processing. This paper introduces a method for implementing a small signal acquisition system. The minimum system is implemented using the single-chip microcomputer STC25A60S2 with A/D conversion function and the easy-to-use amplifier AD620 with precise amplification function. The system design and implementation are discussed, the process of collecting small signals is introduced in detail, and examples of practical applications are given, as well as the application of small signal acquisition in related fields.
