Taking the development of heavy-duty vehicle permanent mechanical automatic transmission (AMT) prototype as the application background, a heavy-duty vehicle AMT hardware-in-the-loop simulation test system was developed based on MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow/RTW and dSPACE hardware and software systems. The system was used to verify the combined two-parameter shift control strategy in real time, and the AMT prototype road test of flat road start, slope start and continuous upshift and downshift was carried out. The results show that the developed hardware-in-the-loop simulation system can quickly and effectively verify the heavy-duty vehicle AMT control strategy and correctly evaluate its comprehensive performance, providing a good system test platform for the development of heavy-duty vehicle AMT controller.
