Aiming at the modeling and optimization control of microbial fermentation process, the support vector machine theory is used to model the fermentation process, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to optimize and adjust the important parameters in the support vector machine modeling process. The simulation results show that the model obtained after parameter optimization and adjustment can achieve better prediction results. At the same time, based on this model, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the feeding rate in the fed-batch fermentation control process. The simulation results show that this method can increase the final product synthesis amount.
