The rated output power of the half-bridge switching power supply designed in this paper is 800 watts, and the output voltage is 250V. The figure below shows the experimental waveform when the circuit is working, with an output voltage of 250V and an output current of 3A. Figure 6 shows the driving waveform output by the driving circuit. It can be seen from the figure that the leading edge of the driving pulse is relatively steep, the voltage rises quickly, and there is a tiny spike, which can quickly drive the power tube. When shutting down, the driving signal voltage is a negative voltage when shutting down, which prevents the switch tube from being turned on by mistake, making the power supply work more reliably.
