Simulation of regenerative braking of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on vector control

  Based on the analysis of the braking process of permanent magnet synchronous motor and vector control theory, a vector control algorithm is proposed to realize the regenerative braking of permanent magnet synchronous motor. When analyzing the prerequisites for the realization of regenerative braking of permanent magnet synchronous motor, considering that the traditional current hysteresis control method cannot realize the regenerative energy, a new current hysteresis control strategy is proposed. Then the mathematical model of the whole system is built in Matlab/Simulink, and the feasibility of regenerative braking of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on vector control is verified from the simulation results.
