The intelligent weighing system based on strain sensing technology is designed to automatically measure the microvolt DC signal of weighing sensors such as wireless remote control, telemetry electronic crane scales and single telemetry electronic crane scales, using the intelligent characteristics of the single-chip microcomputer. The measured signal is converted into an electrical signal by the sensor and sent to the linear amplifier for amplification, and then sent to the single-chip microcomputer system for real-time processing after passing through the A/D converter. It is then sent to the transmitter for transmission after secondary encoding through software coding technology. After the ground receiver receives the signal, it is sent to the single-chip microcomputer system for secondary decoding, and then processed, stored, printed, and sent to the main computer for networking. Its key technologies include: dual-integral A/D conversion circuit, single-chip microcomputer signal processing software, digital filtering to eliminate zero drift and interference, display accuracy adjustment, and real-time scale conversion. Abstract: Aiming an automatic measure for DC sign in microvolt level of weighing sensors used in wireless remote control and measure of electronic suspend scale, the intelligent weighing system based on strain sensing technology is designed, in according to the intelligent characteristics for single chip microcomputer. The measured sign is changed into electronic sign with sensor, and it is sent to linear amplifier to magnify. After passing through A/D converter, it is sent to microcomputer and is processed in real-time. The processed sign is again coded with software coding technology and is sent into computer network.
