This paper introduces the application of the internal ADC of ADμC812, gives the power supply conditions for the safe application of the A/D converter, and introduces in detail the C51 driver of the internal ADC of ADμC812 and the matters that should be paid attention to in the circuit structure of the ADC conversion module. Keywords ADμC812 A/D conversion C51 driver 1 Introduction to the internal ADC of ADμC812 microcontroller 1.1 ADC circuit The internal ADC conversion block of ADμC812 contains a 5μs conversion time, 8 channels, 12 bits, single power supply A/D converter. The A/D converter consists of a conventional successive converter of a capacitive DAC. The ADC has a separate analog power supply and reference voltage to minimize the interference of the digital circuit. The analog voltage input range accepted by the converter is 0~+VREF; a high-precision, low-drift and factory-calibrated 2.5 V reference voltage is provided on the chip. The ADC conversion module integrated in ADμC812 has its own particularity. If it is used improperly, it will affect the performance of the ADC at best, or even burn out the device if it is used improperly. The following is a detailed introduction to the reference voltage and analog input voltage.
