The motion control system in microelectronic devices (laser resistor trimmer) is an important part of the equipment, which determines the production quality and production efficiency of the equipment. Its characteristics are: high precision, high speed, high efficiency and high reliability. Especially when hardware failure or illegal manual operation occurs, the self-monitoring and self-diagnosis of the system are particularly important. This paper introduces the use of multi-task real-time controller 6K6 (Parker, USA), and designs and controls the speed and positioning accuracy of linear servo motors, AC servo motors, and stepper motors according to the event-driven response method; and through the output interface module, the solenoid valve of the pneumatic component is controlled to make the manipulator run freely; through the input interface module, a variety of sensors (optical fiber sensors, beam photoelectric sensors, reflective photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, magnetic induction sensors) are monitored, etc. The motion system has higher reliability, high precision and ultra-high speed, and realizes the automatic transportation of products and completes various relative movements in the production process. It reduces the production cost of products, improves equipment efficiency, enhances competitiveness, provides a strong guarantee for the realization of modern large-scale production, and fills the domestic gap.
