Abstract: Aiming at the CCD67 Back Illuminated NIMO type CCD of e2V, the driving capability is analyzed in detail; LM117T and LM317T are selected to design the bias voltage required by CCD; DS0026 is used to complete the design of CCD driver; Altera\'s programmable logic device EPF10K30R1240-4 is used to design the driving timing of CCD. The experimental results show that the designed CCD driving circuit can meet the various driving requirements of CCD. [Author Abstract]
