General provisions and safety requirements for uninterruptible power supply equipment used in limited reach areas

GB7260 \"Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)\" is divided into the following parts: - Part 1-1: General provisions and safety requirements for UPS used in operator reach areas; - Part 1-2: General provisions and safety requirements for UPS used in restricted reach areas; - Part 2: Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements; - Part 3: Methods for determining performance and test requirements. This part is Part 1-2 of GB7260. All technical contents of this part are mandatory. This part is modified to adopt IEC62040-1-2:2002 \"Uninterruptible Power Supply Part 1-2: General provisions and safety requirements for UPS used in restricted reach areas\". Compared with IEC62040-1-2:2002, this part has the following technical differences: 4.9.15 of this part is modified to \"Unless otherwise required by the user, the documents, human-machine interaction interfaces and logos provided to the end user shall use standard Chinese.\" Appendices A, B, C, D, E, F, G, K, L, M, N and P of this part are normative appendices, and Appendices H and J are informative appendices. This part is proposed by the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Power Electronics (SAC/TC60). The responsible drafting units of this part are: Emerson Network Power Co., Ltd., Shanghai Fudan Fuhua Technology Co., Ltd. The participating drafting units of this part are: Zhongda Electric Co., Ltd., Qingdao Rectifier Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Xi\'an Power Electronics Technology Research Institute, Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone Chuangtong Technology Development Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this part are Qiu Jianqing, Wang Aosheng, Jiang Weishi, Zhang Xifan, Wei Hongqi, Sui Xueli, Wang Ying, Shao Mingle, Zhou Guanyun, Wu Shengzhang and Wang Weihui. This part is published for the first time.
