MC20P6112 Sino MCU 8-bit microcontroller

Features

•MC20P6112 is a high-performance 8-bit OTP MCU with built-in high-precision RC oscillator and 2-way comparator. The high anti-interference performance of the product can provide a good solution for small household appliances.

Parameters

•8-bit CISC structure CPU (compatible with HC05)

•4K*8-bit OTP ROM

• 128 bytes of RAM

• 3 groups of IO ports (supporting up to 17 general IO ports and 1 input port)

• 2 comparators (bias adjustable by software)

• 1 8-bit timer/counter (clock source and trigger edge can be set by software, overflow interrupt can be set)

• 7-way keyboard interrupt (KBI)

• 2 external interrupts (INT0/INT1) can be set to rising edge/falling edge/high level/low level trigger mode

• Internal self-oscillating watchdog counter (WDT)

•Low voltage reset LVR (2.1V/3.6V optional)

• 5 interrupt sources (INT0, INT1, IMI, KBI, WDTI)

• Oscillation mode built-in high-precision RC oscillation 2MHz, 4MHz, 8MHz optional (deviation <±2%) crystal oscillator 400K-8MHz

•Low power design <3ma@4mhz(5v), <1ua@stop mode

•Serial programming interface circuit

• Program hardware encryption function

Working voltage: 2.0-5.5V (oscillation frequency 400K-4MHz) 2.7-5.5V (oscillation frequency 400K-8MHz)
