Working principle of the circuit: The infrared receiving head receives the infrared signal transmitted by the remote control, and its output pin outputs a low level, which is amplified by the amplifier composed of C5, R9, and C6 coupled to ICd, detected by D12, and shaped by ICC to trigger the bistable circuit (ICa, ICb and peripheral components form a bistable circuit), so that the bistable circuit flips, triggers the conduction or shutdown of the thyristor, thereby achieving the purpose of remote control to turn on or off the light. If you touch the button switch AN by hand, you can still turn on or off the light. When the light is not on, the 220V AC power supply is full-wave rectified by the full bridge D1-D4, LED power indication (easy to find the switch position at night), R1 step-down, C1 filtering, DW voltage stabilization, and provide a 5V direct source to the circuit; when the power is on, D5-D9 in series in the load circuit forms a voltage drop of about 5V, which is turned on by SCR2 to power the circuit.
This switch is connected in series with the load (electric lamp or other electrical appliances), which meets the requirements of single-wire system, so it can directly replace the original wall switch. This switch is suitable for any lamp. When the load is a fluorescent lamp or energy-saving lamp, a 1-3uF capacitor should be connected in parallel at both ends of the load. When it is a magnetic conductor fluorescent lamp, no capacitor should be connected.
As long as the components are intact and the welding is correct, it can work normally after powering on, but you must pay attention to safety when powering on, because every part of the circuit is powered by AC. The integrated circuit can be CD4069 or CD40106, as long as 4 of them are inverters, BR169 is used for thyristor, and IN4007 is used for D1 to D9.
The load of this switch should not exceed 100W unless the power of the thyristor and diode is increased.
