The electromagnetic vibrating table or feeder is
a feeding device that utilizes the phenomenon that small objects can "freely line up" to move along the track or barrel after being forced to vibrate in a certain track or barrel. The source of vibration is an electric iron without a short circuit ring .   Figure 6-38 is the simplest electric vibrating feeder, which uses the opening and closing of the AC contactor contacts without the short-circuit ring to vibrate the iron core . Adjust the rheostat RP so that the vibration frequency of the armature is consistent with the natural frequency and oscillation occurs.
